Clean and comfortable stay

The location near the beach is a major perk, with easy access to the funfair and local shops. The economy quadruple room was spacious, and having microwaves and fridges available made it easy to snack when you wanted.
The shared bathrooms were quite chilly, which definitely detracted from the comfort level during my stay. Noise is an issue here, especially with the funfair nearby and less-than-thick walls, making it hard to get quality rest. parking isn’t guaranteed. it’s a bit of a gamble if you get a spot, which can be frustrating. Lastly, the tea provisions could certainly stand to be upgraded in quantity and quality, as the small teacups just don’t cut it after a long day.

We had a lovely stay with our little ones, enjoying the close proximity to the beach and the funfair, which was just lively enough without being too noisy. Plus, the spacious room we had was perfect for our family setup.
My kids wished the bathrooms were cleaner and better stocked.

The Twin Room had a nice fridge, microwave, and heating that kept us cozy. Loved the USB ports in the plugs! The shower was hot and clean, with everything well-prepared. Key access made check-in easy. Free parking was a huge plus, just a minute walk to the beach. The host's thoughtfulness was clear.

good location but noisy at times
The location was excellent, offering easy access to the beach which was a delightful surprise. Adequate parking available, right across from residential parking made our stay convenient. The sea view from the room was breathtaking, especially during sunset, creating a memorable atmosphere.
The noise from the street could be bothersome at peak times.

We loved our stay here, especially the cozy room with great tea-making facilities and a clean shared bathroom just down the hall. The shared garden and sunny terrace were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Just a heads up, parking was a little tricky during peak times, but it didn’t ruin our fun! ☕

Staying in the economy quadruple room for four nights highlighted a few comfort issues, such as the chilly shared bathrooms and the lack of adequate towels. the accommodating owner promptly provided larger mugs upon request, enhancing the tea experience. The room itself was spacious, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere, despite external noise. Access to the seafront location was a plus, although parking was challenging during peak season.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to a lovely flat sandy beach with easy access to numerous restaurants. Free parking was a plus, making it convenient for our stay. The room was spacious and included a microwave, which was great for quick snacks.
The shared bathrooms could have been cleaner and better stocked, which detracted from the overall comfort.

Just a strong match for a quick trip in Porthcawl with value for price. The owner and the fluffy dog made our stay welcoming. Watch out for the fun fair noise, but it ends early enough to sleep well.
